Then, using a gentle, presence-based approach, I’ll work through lines of myofascial tension to identify our areas of focus. It is efficient, hands-on care designed to bring immediate relief and relaxation, and begin the process of healing.

At the end, I’ll discuss my assessment with you. We’ll review a potential treatment plan with an estimate of the work necessary to bring full relief.
