What a very special and spiritual healing experience it was!

In the days there after my body was very tired and sore (traveling on the same day not ideal) yet I felt that I was able to release and really let go of some old painfull experiences. I felt different parts were storing different traumas. My right foot also feels way less stuck now since many years. I feel more at ease with the motherhood question now too.
