No pain or tensions. Mostly feeling more energy flowing through, especially in my legs. Neck is just a tiny bit sore as if after some exercise (!), back pain entirely gone.

What a very special and spiritual healing experience it was!

In the days there after my body was very tired and sore (traveling on the same day not ideal) yet I felt that I was able to release and really let go of some old painfull experiences. I felt different parts were storing different traumas. My right foot also feels way less stuck now since many years. I feel more at ease with the motherhood question now too. I felt some residue of anger that day when around other people. So good that you prepared me for that.
